DÍA 10 – EMPODÉRATE

Hoy te invito a comenzar a conectar con la energía de la creatividad y de tu poder personal.
Lo esencial para poder crear es estar presentes, enraizados, conectados con la tierra y movilizar la energía que está densa, las vibraciones de miedo o de tensión, que es lo que hemos ido movilizando en estos días de unidad.
Si queremos crear algo nuevo, el primer paso es limpiar y el segundo paso es sembrar, pero para poder sembrar necesitamos entrar en conciencia y conexión con nuestro poder personal.

Antes de realizar el ejercicio de hoy, quiero compartirte claves importantes sobre el centro energético del vientre y del plexo solar, a través de los cuáles energéticamente, movilizaremos esta conciencia de la creatividad y el poder personal.

Nuestros centros energéticos o chakras son centros de conciencia que reciben y emiten información a través de nuestros cuerpos físico, emocional, mental y espiritual. (Te contaré algunos puntos esenciales de los centros de energía que vamos a trabajar hoy, de los que puedes encontrar más información en mi libro Sanación con Cristales).

Cuando estamos atravesando por cualquier situación que nos afecta de alguna manera a nivel emocional, sin darnos cuenta se impacta todo nuestro sistema energético.

Cada centro de energía, como te lo conté cuando vimos el chakra estrella de la tierra y el primer chakra, tiene una vibración y nos aporta un nivel de conciencia fundamental para la vida.

En el segundo chakra, que se aloja energéticamente en nuestro vientre,  habita la información de la forma en la que creamos nuestra realidad y nos conectamos con el placer en nuestra vida.

Este chakra guarda las memorias y la energía que hemos puesto en nuestra relación con el mundo exterior, y nos conecta con nuestra capacidad de gestar, crear y manifestar.

Cuando trabajamos conscientemente esta energía podemos entrar en conexión con la confianza personal, la creatividad, la pasión, la fuerza vital y la capacidad para y trabajar en unidad con el entorno. Cuando este chakra está equilibrado, podemos interactuar con nuestro entorno desde un lugar de confianza, y no desde el miedo.

Generalmente sin darnos cuenta vivimos con miedo a perder y ahora cuando enfrentamos situaciones globales que nos recuerdan nuestra vulnerabilidad, estos miedos se activan y se vuelven más presentes.

Comenzaremos a trabajar con esta vibración para reconocer como nos vinculamos con los demás, con las situaciones, con nosotros mismos y también para que aprendemos a poner límites y así podamos sostener de una manera más consciente lo que sembramos, nos abramos a la creatividad y a nuestra capacidad de manifestar.

En el tercer chakra, también llamado del plexo solar y ubicado en la boca del estómago está la información de la forma en la que nos apropiamos o no de nuestro poder personal y de las emociones que están contenidas.

Desde este centro nos conectamos con el fuego interior, con nuestro poder personal, nuestra voluntad, energía, y vitalidad; con nuestra capacidad de discernimiento, con el proceso de toma de decisiones y con la forma en la que digerimos las emociones. Sanando este chakra, estamos conectándonos con nuestra autoestima, con la acción, con el manejo de nuestras emociones y nuestro poder personal.

A través del trabajo con el plexo solar, podremos reconocer cuál es nuestro lugar en el mundo.

A través de este centro energético podemos reconocer nuestras emociones, entenderlas y direccionar nuestra energía alineándonos con nuestro potencial, dones y habilidades; y de esta manera, vivir desde la confianza haciendo uso de nuestro poder de manifestación.

Te propongo el siguiente ejercicio:

Toma un tiempo para ti, respira, conecta con estos centros de energía, pon tus manos en tu vientre y en tu plexo durante un momento y toma unas respiraciones profundas allí con la intención de comenzar a movilizar la energía de estos centros y abrirte a tu conciencia creadora y la fuerza de tu poder personal. Luego toma una  hoja de papel y responde las siguientes preguntas si pensarlas ni intelectualizarlas, simplemente sintiendo la pregunta en ti y dejando que surja la información fluidamente:

¿Mi vida ha estado enfocada en el deber ser que se me ha impuesto desde afuera, o desde lo que en realidad soy?

¿Intento agradar, complacer y ser aceptado por los demás?

¿He hecho algunas cosas que no están conectadas con mi verdadera esencia?

¿He creído que tengo que actuar con sacrificio o esfuerzo para valer o recibir?

¿Qué tan importante es para mí la validación de los demás?

¿En donde está puesto mi poder personal?, ¿Quién o qué define lo que valgo?

¿Qué tan importante es para mí el reconocimiento?

¿Es común en mi vida la autoexigencia, el juzgarme, el sacrificarme o el ponerme después que los demás?

¿La vida puede ser fácil?

¿Soy amoroso conmigo mismo en mis acciones cotidianas?

¿Para qué dejo a un lado mi poder personal?

Estas respuestas no son para que emitas juicios, simplemente para que comiences a abrir la energía de estos centros energéticos para sembrar lo nuevo. Son para que hagas consciencia de tu capacidad de poner límites con el entorno, de tu capacidad de reconocerte, del lugar en el que está puesto tu poder personal.

Ahora te invito a que pongas play en la siguiente música y pongas de nuevo una de tus manos en tu vientre y la otra en tu plexo solar. Vas a visualizar que en conexión con este espacio, entras en contacto con esa parte de ti que por momentos ha olvidado su verdadero poder, su esencia, esa parte de ti que a veces por agradar, complacer o sentir la validación externa se ha olvidado de sí misma.

Vas a comenzar a respirar visualizando que cada vez que inhalas vas tomando desde dentro de ti  la conciencia de tu poder personal, y llevas esta energía a tu vientre y a tu plexo. Haciendo consciencia de como se siente en ti cuando asumes tu poder, de los límites que es necesario que pongas para reconocerte y de la fuerza interna que habita en ti capaz de crear diferentes realidades.

El video dura más de una hora, con un mantra especial para movilizar la energía del plexo solar y de tu poder personal, pero puedes hacerlo el tiempo que esté bien para ti.
