DÍA 18 – UNIFÍCATE
Hoy es nuestro día 18, y hemos hecho un recorrido a través de nuestro sistema energético y diferentes herramientas que nos acompañan en este proceso de conciencia.
Ya que hemos comenzado a trabajar con la energía de la intuición y en estos días entraremos a conectarnos con la energía de nuestro centro energético de la corona, a través del cuál conectamos con nuestra conciencia espiritual, hoy quiero hablarte de algo muy importante y fundamental cuando hablamos de unidad.
La conciencia de Unidad se expande en nosotros cuando comenzamos a transformar una vieja creencia que hemos tenido como humanidad y que ha generado grandes heridas en nosotros. La creencia de la Separación. A través de esta creencia que se expande en diferentes filosofías, creencias y religiones, hemos instalado en nosotros la creencia de que estamos separados de la fuente de amor, Dios, divinidad, o como llamemos a esa conciencia creadora infinita.
Creer que estamos separados de la fuente, que estamos apartados de su vibración y que necesitamos cumplir con una serie de requisitos para ser reconocidos, amados y aceptados por la divinidad, ha generado una herida profunda de abandono, carencia, y soledad.
El creer que estamos separados de Dios, creer que somos pequeños e insignificantes ante su grandeza, sentir que si como humanos, nos equivocamos seremos juzgados o castigados, sentir la carencia en cualquier aspecto de nuestra vida cómo si no fuéramos creadores de nuestra propia realidad, sentir o creer que estamos desconectados de la naturaleza, de los demás seres humanos e incluso de nuestra propia historia, de nuestros ancestros, de nuestro linaje; nos desconecta de nuestra verdadera esencia y nos impide reconocernos ilimitados y creadores.
Es a través de nuestro proceso de conciencia personal que trascendemos esta creencia y comenzamos a reconocer que somos seres espirituales viviendo una experiencia física, que venimos a vivir una experiencia individual, pero también a hacer un aprendizaje grupal, que no somos sin el otro ni sin nada de lo que vemos fuera de nosotros, y entre nosotros y el afuera existe una relación que va más allá del espacio que ocupamos y que tiene que ver con la energía y lo que está detrás de nuestra conciencia.
Comenzar por lo menos a considerar que no estamos separados de la fuente, que somos parte de la conciencia divina y que nuestra esencia es la conciencia creativa universal, puede ayudarnos a abrir nuestra mente a nuevas posibilidades y nuestro corazón a la expresión de nuestro ser esencial.
Hoy te quiero compartir una historia que está compilada en uno de los libros más lindos que he leído: Morir para ser yo de Anita Moorjani. Hay muchas historias que nos pueden ayudar a conectar con lo que realmente somos en esencia, pero te comparto esta porque a través de su libro en un momento importante de mi vida, me sentí muy inspirada a cumplir con mi propósito: ser yo.
Este video es solo una parte de su gran historia, que abajo en otro video puedes ver más completa en una entrevista que dio en el 2012. Pero antes quiero compartirte un texto que está en mi libro Sanación con Cristales sobre una experiencia que tuve, y que resume en gran parte lo que he podido experimentar en mi camino espiritual en esta tierra:
‘Hace muchos años en una meditación tuve una visualización: Observaba una bombilla gigante, y dentro de ella muchas otras bombillas o luces muy pequeñitas, y comencé a imaginar que esa bombilla gigante es lo que llamamos Dios y que las luces pequeñas eran las almas. ¿Qué pasaría si fuéramos todos bombillos, encandilados a su vez por esa bombilla gigante?; sentí que así podemos ser, pero que si no atravesamos la oscuridad, no podremos reconocer lo que realmente somos; si fuéramos uno de esos bombillos, hasta que no estuviéramos en un lugar oscuro no nos daríamos cuenta de que podemos alumbrar, ni nos daríamos cuenta de nuestra capacidad y de la importancia de iluminar; así que tal vez la oscuridad que hace necesaria el bombillo, puede convertirse en una herramienta para poder reconocer nuestro propio brillo.
Eso siento yo que somos los seres humanos, almas que estamos aquí para experimentarnos, para experimentarlo todo, bien y mal, luz y sombra, alegría y tristeza, y a través de esa experiencia podernos reconocer en nuestra grandeza.
Así que en este camino de la experiencia, pasamos por muchas cosas, que la mente ve como positivas o negativas, pero que, para la energía divina, simplemente son, y que nos permiten vernos y reconocernos en todas nuestras dimensiones; más allá de la dualidad, de lo bueno o lo malo está la unidad, la conciencia divina en donde no existe separación y en donde el ritmo sincrónico de la vida es más perceptible ya que no hay limitaciones.
No hace falta mucho para poder darnos cuenta de que la vida es una sucesión de eventos y situaciones sincrónicas que se manifiestan de acuerdo a nuestra vibración más auténtica; podemos ver la sincronía en la naturaleza, en la geometría sagrada reflejada en ella, en la perfección de nuestro cuerpo humano; el universo es matemático, perfecto, sincrónico.
Y esta sincronía está siempre visible ante nuestros ojos, aunque no nos demos cuenta, por ejemplo en el funcionamiento, ritmo e interacción de los órganos y en las medidas y relaciones entre las diferentes partes de nuestro cuerpo, en la configuración de las plantas, y por supuesto en las formas perfectas y armónicas de los cristales; y ésta interacción la podemos probar con estructuras de comportamiento como la secuencia Fibonacci.
La secuencia Fibonacci es una sucesión de números rítmica, 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, en la que el número siguiente es la suma de los dos anteriores, y no solo representa una fórmula matemática sino que ésta secuencia se encuentra repetidamente en los patrones de la naturaleza cómo en las escamas de la piña, la superficie de los girasoles, las alas de las abejas, las hojas, en los tallos de las flores y plantas, en las medidas del cuerpo humano; en objetos como los violines y las imágenes en cuadros de arte cómo los de Miguel Ángel, Botticelli y Leonardo Da Vinci; y hasta en elementos tan enigmáticos como las pirámides de Ghiza en Egipto.
Esta sincronía que se refleja en la naturaleza y en los elementos armónicos que se han construido de acuerdo a éstas mismas leyes, también reflejan la sincronía de nuestra vida. Tal cuál como un cristal de cuarzo crece, en espiral, se desarrolla nuestro aprendizaje en un ritmo sincrónico.’
Considera que la vida es una sincronía perfecta, que hacemos parte de un todo y que la sabiduría de la naturaleza siempre sabe como hacer emerger la vida en medio del caos.
Te invito a ver desde el corazón este corto video sobre la secuencia Fibonacci, que nos acompaña a hacer consciencia de la unidad presente en todo lo que existe.
Todo lo que existe hace parte de la conciencia divina creadora, somos parte de esa conciencia, somos espíritu experimentando la dualidad a través de la vida física como un proceso de aprendizaje.
