DÍA 20 – EXPÁNDETE

Estamos a punto de terminar estos 21 días de unidad y hemos hecho un gran recorrido a través de nosotros mismos, un camino para volver a nuestro centro y a la conexión con la esencia que en realidad somos.

Hoy te quiero hablar de una información que tal vez ya has escuchado o ya conoces, pero nunca sobra recordar y es la conciencia del campo cuántico.

El Campo Cuántico es el espacio energético que sostiene todo lo que existe, se llama cuántico porque se refiere al quantum que es la partícula más pequeña de energía, incluso más pequeña que el atómo y de la cuál está lleno todo el espacio, incluso aquel que parece vacío.

Cómo te he ido compartiendo desde el inicio, hay algo muy importante de lo que cuál debemos hacer consciencia y es que todo es energía, que eres energía. No eres tus pensamientos, ni eres tus emociones, eres una conciencia amplia, ilimitada y expansiva; pero tus pensamientos y tus emociones si determinan la experiencia que tienes en tu vida.

Más que un cuerpo físico, eres el campo energético que sostiene tu vida en todos los aspectos. Tu sistema energético abarca todas las funciones de tu cuerpo ´fisico, emocional, mental y espiritual. En ti habita la fuerza de la tierra, la creatividad ilimitada del universo, el amor infinito, la capacidad de manifestar y transformar, la posibilidad de conectarte e interactuar con todas las fuerzas que existen, y la conexión con la fuente divina.

Aunque parezca limitado tu cuerpo físico, es una máquina perfecta y sincónica, y también el cuerpo sigue a tu energía y es la manifestación tangible de tu conciencia.

Habitamos un campo de energía pura con millones de posibilidades, pero las creencias que tenemos en nuestra mente limitan nuestra experiencia a lo que creemos que es posible, a la percepción del tiempo en la que hemos estado acostumbrados a vivir.

Ser conscientes de nosotros mismos y de nuestra energía nos ayuda a reconocer la fuerza ilimitada que habita en cada uno como reflejo de la energía expansiva del universo.

Hoy te quiero compartir un video que ví hace muchos años, que siempre recomiendo  y a través del cuál comencé a trabajar conscientemente con mi conciencia cuántica. Ya has visto a Gregg Braden en unos videos que te compartí en días anteriores así que te recomiendo verlo con atención y si te resuena leer algunos de sus libros como La Matriz Divina. La Ciencia de los Milagros, una información muy profunda que nos recuerda que somos esencia divina:

Si te animas a conectarte con el campo cuántico, hay mucha información a la que puedes acudir, pero no olvides que es tu emoción la que moviliza tu energía y que aquello que vives en el presente así sea en tu imaginación, es la verdad que tu cuerpo, energía y el campo cuántico registran como lo real.

Antes de terminar el trabajo de este día, quiero compartirte un video más corto de otro autor llamado Joe Dispenza, que además tiene libros, cursos y herramientas muy poderosas para que aprendamos a reprogramar la forma en la que nuestro cerebro se ha acostumbrado a ver la realidad y de esta manera abrirnos al potencial que habita en cada uno.

No olvides que en ti están todos los potenciales, posibilidades, la creatividad, la conciencia y la sabiduría para crear, transformarte y expandirte.
