DÍA 3 – INSPÍRATE

Hoy te invito a Inspirarte. Inspirarte viene de In Spiritu, y significa estar en la vibración del espíritu. Entrar en conciencia de que somos seres espirituales viviendo una experiencia física. Esta conciencia nos ayuda a recordar que detrás de cada situación hay un propósito de aprendizaje, que nuestra energía espiritual nos sostiene y que estamos sostenidos por la fuerza del universo.

Hay varias formas de conectar con la Inspiración, pero principalmente tenemos un poder que es el de la imaginación,el poder el pensamiento para crear nuevas posibilidades. Cuando vivimos momentos de angustia, nos cerramos a la inspiración, guardamos en nosotros emociones de carencia como el miedo, la incertidumbre, el sentirnos no suficientes o capaces. Esas emociones nos hacen por un momento olvidarnos de quienes somos y de nuestra esencia divina. Hoy te quiero compartir varias herramientas para que te conectes con la inspiración.

Primero, te traigo una meditación de Matias De Stefano, es una meditación hermosa para recordar que Somos Uno y que podemos crear.
Te recomiendo que busques un lugar cómodo y relajes tu cuerpo para que al poner la meditación puedas cerrar los ojos y sentirla:

Inspirarse es una decisión personal, que por supuesto puede costar más trabajo en momentos de dificultad, pero es justo en esos momentos en los que más necesitamos volver a recordar lo que somos desde nuestra esencia, buscar actividades que nos nutran, darnos lo que necesitamos para elevar nuestra vibración. Hoy, hazte cargo de inspirarte, puedes por ejemplo:

Dar un paseo por la naturaleza, conectar con información que abra tu mente, escuchar música que te ayude a transformar la vibración, leer algo que te conecte con tu propósito, tomar unas respiraciones profundas con la intención de alinearte y conectarte con la divinidad, ser consciente de la energía y perfección del funcionamiento de tu cuerpo, conectarte con la gratitud por la vida que es en tí ahora.

Buscar maneras de inspirarte, de estar en espíritu, es una tarea muy importante en este tiempo y hay muchas herramientas para hacerlo. Así que respira, conécta con la tierra y con tu propia esencia.

La historia que verás a continuación es un cuento con el que comienza la primera guía de un curso que hago sobre propósito personal. Es un cuento muy sencillo y muy simple. Léelo y abajo responde algunas preguntas:

Si fueras un personaje dentro de ese cuento: ¿qué personaje serías?
¿Qué o quiénes serían los demás personajes?

Respira, conéctate con el presente, lleva tu conciencia a tu corazón, deja que la mente se suelte y sin pensar permite que lo que sea se exprese a través de estas visualizaciones:

Imagina que tu eres una fragancia: ¿Cuál es?

Imagina que tú eres un color: ¿Cuál es?

Imagina que tú eres un sonido: ¿Cuál es?

Imagina que tú eres un sabor: ¿Cuál es?

Imagina que tienes una textura: ¿Cuál es?

Anota cada respuesta.

Esta es una forma de conectar con tu esencia, de inspirarte y abrir la imaginación.

¿Para qué lo hacemos?

La realidad la podemos definir a través de los sentidos, lo que vemos, tocamos, escuchamos, olemos y saboreamos le da las señales a nuestro sistema para definir lo que es verdad.

Así que para inspirarte, es importante que te conectes a través de tus sentidos con una realidad más conectada contigo, más esencial.

Te propongo que cada una de las cosas que anotaste, el aroma, el color, el sabor, el sonido y la textura que sientes que eres, las pongas de manera tangible.

Pon ese olor en tu habitación o el olor más parecido que encuentres en estos días en los que es importante estar en casa. Pon algo de ese color visible para ti la mayor parte del tiempo. Busca el sonido y reprodúcelo constantemente. Busca la textura y tócala. Come algo que te conecte con ese sabor.

Hazlo con la intención de entrar en conexión contigo, de reconocer cómo es tu esencia y de abrirte a la inspiración.

    Primero q todo quiero q sepas q me encanto el cuento del agua. Es bellísimo. Lo otro fue q me resultó curioso fue q cuando leia las preguntas para inspirarnos pensé en jasmin de noche o pino y casualmente uso esencia de pino en mi casa. En el sonido, pensé en el del agua y siempre prendo una fuente q tengo en la sala, donde escucho el movimiento del agua q me relaja. Y en la textura pensé en algo suave y tercio y resulta q duermo con una almohadita pequeña q le hice una funda justo en ese textura. Q casualidad.
