DÍA 9 – SUELTA
Tenemos una gran oportunidad para replantearnos la vida. Para sentir con conciencia si nuestra forma habitual de vivir en realidad era la más alineada con nuestro corazón.
Es momento de preguntarnos si nuestros conocidos hábitos nos estaban nutriendo.
Es momento de estar en casa y de volver a casa. De volver al corazón, a lo esencial, a lo verdaderamente importante.
Es momento de escuchar lo que nuestro corazón necesita de nosotros, de sentirnos y reconocer si eso a lo que le dábamos tanto valor era realmente tan importante, si esas cosas en las que pusimos durante tantos años nuestra seguridad en realidad venían de la certeza del alma.
Ya no podemos escapar de nuestras emociones y de nuestros patrones mentales, nos estamos confrontando profundamente con nuestros miedos, y tenemos ahora la posibilidad de reconocer en el caos la puerta a un gran camino de evolución.
Siente:
¿Qué ya no se alinea con tu propósito?
¿Qué tienes ahora la oportunidad de soltar?
¿Qué te pide tu corazón?.
En este noveno día, te invito a conectarte con esas cosas de tu vida habitual anterior que ya no están alineadas contigo. Tal vez en tu cotidianidad no habías sido consciente de cosas realmente importantes, o tus prioridades eran otras, de pronto en este tiempo has vuelto a conectarte con cosas más simples, has tenido que replantearte algunas cosas. Este tiempo de entrar en contacto con la vulnerabilidad y con la conciencia de que podemos morir, tal vez ha abierto muchos miedos en cada uno, pero también nos da una gran oportunidad de aprovechar el presente, de reconocer que es lo único que tenemos y de abrirnos a vivir una vida desde el propósito del alma. Tal vez este tiempo nos de la posibilidad de escuchar a nuestro corazón y vibrar desde nuestra esencia.
En la siguiente meditación, haremos consciencia de lo que ahora podemos elegir. Que la disfrutes!
